¿Como funciona?
Mientras la unidad (unidad principal CarPlay) está inactiva, la señal de vídeo original se transmite sin cambios y su automóvil funciona como antes.
Después de activar la unidad principal CarPlay, la señal de vídeo de la unidad CarPlay se muestra en la pantalla.
Cuando da marcha atrás mientras usa el sistema CarPlay, el sistema cambiará automáticamente a la cámara sin operación manual.
Puede cambiar fácilmente el sistema entre la unidad y su unidad principal original.
( CONSEJOS: Mantenga presionada la tecla "Menú" para cambiar el sistema)
Características:
Se trata de una pantalla táctil multimedia con compatibilidad integrada con Apple CarPlay y Google Android auto. Reemplazará su pantalla OEM y agregará las siguientes características a su automóvil:
- Apple CarPlay (con cable e inalámbrico)
- Android Auto (con cable e inalámbrico)
- Reproducir vídeo o música desde USB
La unidad principal tiene micrófono incorporado y es compatible con Siri y el Asistente de Google, ya sea mediante la palabra clave de voz ("Hey Siri" / "Ok Google") o presionando prolongadamente el botón de voz del volante.
- Compatible con la mayoría de las funciones de control del volante. Fácil de cambiar canciones, canales y ajustar el volumen para brindarle un viaje más seguro y agradable.
- Compatible con el mando iDrive original del coche.

3 ¿Por qué no hay audio al reproducir música?
En cuanto al problema de la falta de sonido, debes prestar atención a los 2 puntos siguientes:
1. Verifique si ha conectado la fibra óptica OEM al nuevo enchufe de alimentación.
2. Debe configurar la fuente de sonido en AUX en el sistema OEM.
Si ha realizado los 2 elementos anteriores y aún no hay sonido, utilice otro cable AUX para conectar el cable de salida AUX de la unidad CarPlay y el enchufe auxiliar OEM.

Easy upgrade, works very well. Especially like the wireless car play option
I recieved my F30 iDrive system in a little less than 2 weeks from China to the USA, which I've never seen before. Very fast shipping. I installed the new iDrive and it works great. I wish the device would automatically activate Apple CarPlay upon starting the car. It will connect to Bluetooth automatically, but you have to select Apple CarPlay manually to get that screen open (not a big deal, it just does this for my Apple CarPlay in my factory Ford F150 XL Screen). The sound quality from the device is average but not bad (I'd reccomend buying a high quality AUX cord for installing). Other than those 2 things. Great device for a great price. Great fit. Would recommend to someone who's car is compatible to this device. It's a massive upgrade to the (cheaper) BMW Screen. (Sorry for poor quality pictures, but trust me it looks great)
Huge huge HUUUGE upgrade over OEM screen, since you get added Apple Carplay and Android Auto built in. Super easy to install as everything comes plug-and-play. Touch screen responsive and really convenient to have while in Carplay/Auto mode.
I shopped around with other brands (Amazon/eBay) and even purchased another unit that costed ~50% more, but I get everything I need from the Wakaa for a fraction of the cost. I struggled a bit with having the backup camera turn off after I shifted to Park/Drive/any other mode besides Reverse, but you'll just need to make sure you select the appropriate car model in the Factory Setting section (PIN 8866). I just selected the right chassis code (F30) and ignored the year listed.
This screen was perfect, fits perfectly, works like it should, and was easy to install while watching the video. The price was awesome and shipping was fast.
Easy DIY upgrade for you factory screen plus Carplay! Install was very easy, about 90 total time (watching the install video while doing it). Only hiccup was the code to access the factory setting in the video was incorrect. In the video and the online manual it says 1368, that didn't work. I guess 0000 and that took me to another factory screen that didn't give me access to what I needed. The correct code was 8866, which I found in the "frequently asked questions" section on this side (very helpful!). Extremely happy with my install and final result. I needed to replace my screen as it went bad from sun damage. This was a perfect cost effective upgrade and works better than I expected. Highly recommended!
